负责芯片/IC产品线下列功能：
1. 芯片、IC测试作业。
2. 提供产品正确测试数据及完好的产品给客户。
3. 以准时出货达成客户需求为目标。
4. 降低生产成本及提高作业效率。
5. 支持客户或其它部门有关测试之特殊需求。
6. 诘净室之管理，包含产品、人员、机台、环境、辅助工具及耗材。
7. 相关作业规范之审核、执行及提供改善意见。
8. 测试制造过程中异常的处理、跟催与执行。
9、需能够配合轮班作业。


Key Qualifications:
1. 具软件使用能力(Excel, PowerPoint)。
2. 具生产相关管理工作经佳, 抗压性高，沟通能力强。
3. 具英语一般沟通能力。


Responsible for the following functions for wafer product line.
1. Execute the test operation in wafer level.
2. Feedback the correct test data and return no damage wafer to customers.
3. Achieve the customer's delivery target.
4. Reduce the operation cost and elevate the efficiency of operation.
5. Support customers or other department special requests related to test operation.
6. Manage the Clean Room, include product, employee, machine, environment, auxiliary tools and materials.
7. Examine, execute and provide opinions for improvements related to test operation instructions.
8. Deal with the follow-ups and execution of abnormal statuses in testing processes.
