机械维修工程师

1. To carry out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintainance with the related maintenaince stuff.

2. Responsible to keep equipent in service to prevent break down times for  equipments for all section.

3. Analyze the records and figures which are taken by the workshop staff and set corrective actions ( failure analyses, action plan, regular equipment maintenance plan).

4. Cooperate with the production section to combine production and maintenance related shut downs.

5. Ensure with maintenance planning the spare part availability to avoid unforeseen shut downs due to lake of spare parts.

6. Set up tools to measure the equipment conditions ( check lists, calibration schedule, cleaning schedule, diagnostic).

7. Improve workshop staff skills, confidence and responsibility.

   8. Enshure HS&E related issues is taken care and followed up.

3. 分析车间人员的记录和数据，并制定纠正措施(故障分析，行动计划，定期设备维护计划)。

4. 与生产部门合作，结合生产和维修相关的停机。

5. 通过维护计划确保备件的可用性，以避免由于备件过多而导致的意外停机。

6. 建立测量设备状况的工具(检查表，校准计划，清洗计划，诊断)。

7. 提高车间员工的技能、信心和责任感。

8. 处理和跟进HS&E相关的问题。

9. 其他工作。

任职要求：  

5 years of work experience

Basic knowledge maintenance strategy and standards.

Good comprehensive of oral/writing/reading English

5年机械相关工作经验

具有基本机械理论知识，维护策略和标准。

良好的英语口语/写作/阅读能力
